Your average recommended household bleach that you have probably been using to clean and sanitize inside your home has an active ingredient of 2%-5.5% Sodium Hypochlorite. So how do you sanitize outside? You give us a call and we come out with our Pressure washing machinery and we use a 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite in combination with either hot or cold water washing method and our Powerwashing or Softwashing technique, depending on the surface. Not only do we KILL and remove any trace of virus but we make your home, outdoor kitchen, outdoor furniture (depending on material), driveway, sidewalk, Business, Parking lot, and most other outdoor surfaces look nice and clean.

We have different home and business washing techniques to fit almost any dirty exterior surface you need cleaned.
For surfaces such as brick, decking, travertine, iron, tin siding, concrete, and those up-high hard to reach places we may use a Pressure washing technique to make sure we kill all of the germs, lichen, mold, moss, and all the microbes that tend to grow on our homes and driveways. We also have special tools to help remove old, cracking paint to prepare for a new paint job. We sometimes use a surface cleaning machine that provides just the right pressure, combined with our special chemical ratios for driveway cleaning, parking lot cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, and to wash your patio and around pool areas, which also tend to wash better using our Hot water cleaning machine.
For more delicate surfaces such as stucco, vinyl siding, hardiplank, latticework, painted wood siding, and sometimes fencing we use our no-pressure Soft-washing technique in combination with our carefully prepared, environmentally safe chemical ratios that provides you with a cleaning comparable to Power-washing, using while preserving the quality of your surface and structure. This pressure less way of cleaning also wastes less water while cleaning quickly.
Our experienced Exterior cleaning specialist will walk you through which method will work best for you and your home. The one thing all of our methods have in common is that they not only remove, but they actually kill all of that nasty green and brown growth so that it stays gone for at least a whole year. We have a Hot Water cleaning method that we use on most concrete surfaces, driveway washing, and parking lot washing because the steam and heat cleaning helps us get deep into the porous surface. Heat cleaning combined with high pressure water flow enables us to get some of the rust and chemical spots out from the surface and comes in extremely handy while gum-popping, mud removal, and helps to lighten some of the stains that can't be completely removed due to being aged or because of the chemical processes of elements.
The reason the parking lots we wash and driveways we clean always standout is because we have a solution of water, chemical, and surfactant that we pre-treat with, and another chemical and water solution we post-treat with so it is cleaning and killing microbes after we leave. " Hello! My name is Evan Cazaubon, and I am the founder of Cazaubon's Exterior Cleaning, L.L.C. I was blessed to fall into a profession that not many other enjoy, but I happen to have a passion for. I see it as a challenge, sort of like putting together a puzzle, and the end result is extremely satisfying. When I said I fell into it I was being literal. I lived in a top floor apartment with painted, white, wooden steps. One day I was walking down them to go to work at a plumbing company and I slipped on one of the steps. It hurt, I got dirty, I almost ran late for work, but whatever, accidents happen right? Well the third time the same accident happened was my final straw. I complained to my landlord about the slippery steps and he loaned me a small electric pressure washer. I spent a day washing those steps one by one and had so much fun that I kept going until I had washed my whole unit. That sparked my interest in exterior cleaning and was the beginning of my journey to learn more about Power Washing, start saving for industry standard equipment, and took the trade from a side hustle to a legal business. The other services all presented themselves as opportunities through helping people make a difference in their living conditions along the way. I take extreme pride in my exterior cleaning company and strive to give a premium service and put a smile on the face of the people I get to meet along the way.
